Ines Abdennaji

Biography

Ms. Ines Abdennaji is currently working In Research Team in Intelligent Machines (RTIM Research Unit) as Research Assistant and Ph.D Scholar at National Engineering School of Gabes, Tunisia. She did a Bachelor of engineering in Electrical and Automation from National Engineering School of Gabes, Tunisia. She worked in a Government Lighting Projects in Gabes, Tunisia and supervised undergoing Technical projects in High Tech Club ENIG. She initiated a STEM Club in a Primary School and taught Robotics to kids as part-time job for more than 3 years. She was Awarded; Best Paper Award “Smart system of waste water treatment” in the 50th IAS Annual Meeting held in Texas, USA, got the Third Prize, Mind the Gap Pilot at MESBC 2015, Amman Jordan in her project entitled “EE-Glasses”, Amman and the Best Thesis Project in the 27th Intelligent Machines: Theory and Applications Workshop, Tunisia. She is member of IEEE (Largest Technical Organization in world) since 2014. She served as the Chairperson of Robotics and automation society ENIG SBC in 2015-2017, Chairperson of IAS ENIG Student Chapter (IEEE ENG Student Branch) and Power and Energy Society Student Chapter (IEEE ENG Student Branch) in 2015-2016 and as Secretary, ENIG SBC 2014. She is an Active IEEE Volunteer serving as IEEE IAS Chapter and Membership Development (CMD) Humanitarian Programs Chair Globally. She organized a lot of International and national events and she gave national and international talks in different countries (USA, Bahrain, France and Pakistan).
