Roadmap

Three Phases

Launch

Phase

Description

Each Student Branch will form a team of five members (undergraduate or graduate IEEE members) and propose a humanitarian project idea that addresses a local problem in Tunisia. The project must contribute to sustainable development by addressing one or more Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and tackling all three pillars: Environmental, Economic, and Social.

20 Points.

Approximately 2–3 weeks.

Online sessions will be held to familiarize teams with the SDGs and inspire innovative thinking.

Evaluation Criteria

Submitted Project Ideas will be evaluated based on Challenge–Vision Alignment, Originality, SDG Integration, Humanitarian Values, Clarity of Description, and Impact Potential.

Deliverable

A Humanitarian Project Idea.

Development

Phase

Description

Selected teams will benefit from technical and non-technical support to develop their ideas, build prototypes, promote their projects, and submit final proposals.

80 Points.

Approximately 2 months.

Online workshops and sessions, each including specific tasks, as well as technical sessions tailored to team requests.

Evaluation Criteria

Task Submission Quality, Active Participation and Engagement in Sessions, and Final Proposal Quality.

Deliverables
